Newport Baptist Church Hall Available for Hire

NBC church, hall and facilities are available for hire for a variety of different events such as children’s birthday parties, community clubs, fitness groups, children’s groups and musical gatherings.
Our hall floor size is 13.30 metres (length) x 9.50 metres (width) [excluding the stage].
Please note we do not allow alcohol or smoking on our premises for any event or function. Due to our strict policy on alcohol, and due to some damage caused by recent party bookings, we are not able to take bookings for birthday parties for children/young people aged 13 and above.
Casual hall hire: The casual rate for hire of the hall is $30 per hour or part thereof. For all party bookings, we require a bond of $100, which is fully refundable if no damage occurs and the Terms and Conditions of Hire are adhered to.
(A cleaning fee of $100 and a caretaker’s fee of $30 may also apply for certain bookings.)
The hall must be vacated by 11 pm and parties must finish by 10.30 pm. Facilities must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all rubbish must be taken away. All casual bookings must sign our Terms and Conditions for Casual Hire of Facilities and return it to the church office one week prior to the booking.
Regular hall/church hire:
– 8hrs (full day) $200
– 4hrs (1/2 day) $100
– 1hr or more hours a week $30/hr
